This product is great- one big problem though- the front main piece with the name of the item, etc is dented and creased- looks like it happened awhile ago, not like it is a new dent/crease. That is frustrating. Why send me a defective product! So fun conceptually but dented? Kind of put a dent in Santa's gift.
