first of all, i didnt know this item was an "open box" special when i purchased it. i dont remember it ever saying that. the mfg box was ripped up and looked like heck. the radio looked good, and appeared to be new. but was missing the fm antenna. seems like these radios require a strong signal to perform well. i received a 10 buck refund for the antenna being lost. tried several different antenna wires, and antennas, none of them worked that well. the am now doesnt work at all just hissing noise. so now im stuck with it. the display is hard to read also.

This used tuner was received from the vendor in a timely fashion and was complete and in good condition as advertised. After setup, it worked for about 30 minutes, then lost its signal and the display froze. Cycling the power got it working again for a few minutes when it failed again. As a used and not too expensive unit, I decided not to send it back and opened the case, which has no ventilation. This tuner appears to have a serious design defect, which may be why Best Buy seems to have discontinued it. A portion of the tuner gets very hot and is not adequately heatsinked. Just using the tuner with the top of the case off might keep it running, but I'm anticipating having to add additional heatsinking, cutting ventilation openings in the case top and probably adding a small fan. None of this is very difficult or expensive for an electronics hobbyist, but means that most individuals should probably not buy one of these tuners. Too bad - when it's working, it works well.

Good low price. Worked great when I got it. One month later, the HD portion quit working. In the troubleshooting section(only 4 items listed) it mentions "HD not working" reason "static discharge might have destroyed the micro computer". Since that's listed, they know that it's a problem and haven't fixed it. Disappointing.

I love the look of this case, and it fits the computer perfectly. The color is a nice lilac, which is see through. Mine came with no cutout in it at all, and it looks very nice. I was also pleased to find that the cutouts for the usb ports and charger etc. all line up perfectly. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and will probably order one for my sister. For the price, you really can't beat it.

Pros: It's a hard shell case that will definitely protect your Mac from scratches, etc. I like the circle cut out for the apple sign and the color is exact to the picture, a see-through lavender.
Cons: For the bottom case, the two clips that keep it on are right where I rest my hands when typing and searching the web, etc., so that gets irritating after a while. The top cover catches on something or is shaped differently on the right side, so when I open it, it makes a clicking noise. I don't think it's damaging my laptop, but I hear it every time I open my computer.

All in all.. for the price it's worth the cons!!!

I bought this spoon rest to go with the coordinating canister set and utensil crock, all of which are very nice. This spoon rest is enormous, much bigger than expected. It will hold any size utensil (at least, any that I have), and it is nice heavy stoneware. The raised olive leaf and dot motif are beautiful, much nicer than the photo shows. You won't be disappointed!

I purchased the Vivite Lip Plumper because I am reasonably happy with a couple other Vivite products. The Lip Plumper, however, does not contain the signature Vivite glycolic acid compound, (which I did not realize, because the ingredients are not listed here).

I would return this if it had come with a pre-paid return label or any other convenient return arrangement. This is just one of those times when the bother of packaging and mailing it isn't worth the product refund, (less the cost of shipping in both directions.)

Maybe I can save you this same problem.


1. No directions. Under or over lipstick? At night?

2. And what is it *supposed* to do? It does not plump the lips or make them softer.

3. The product is less than a light cream, it is a lotion. It is not as thick as Vaseline, Aquafor, Soft Lips, any lip gloss or balm.

4. Several twists of the tube are needed to get enough product. I don't think the tube will last very long.

5. It is sticky. If you use it before bed you may wake up with lint on your lips or a stray hair stuck to your face.

6. The container is nice, with a high-end design.

7. Conclusion: The product doesn't seem to do anything more than I could get with an inexpensive drugstore lip balm. It is not worth the cost.

I have bought countless tubes of this wonder product and given many more away as gifts. This lip plumper is the best I've tried without stinging, tingling, or being otherwise distracting. I have noticed a huge and long lasting difference in the smoothness and decreased appearance of fine lines above the upper lip, but it really only works if you apply it at least three times a day. I put it on in the morning before makeup, after lunch teeth brushing, and before bed. Give it a try, I recommend it.

hi all, just thought i'd warn fellow thin lipped clients that you will obtain moist lips however with NO pouf or pout. also i had to call the company to learn to dial the bottom of the container to dispense the product, NO directions included. it moistens like a watery chap stick whould with less staying power and at 10 times the price. disappointed....
