This is one strange bowl. I bought it to nuke Bearnaise Sauce. It feels like a giant soft-boiled egg white. It moves around . I use it for making Lime sauce for Stone Crabs and other sauces.

Great mixing bowl. You can squeeze it to pour mixture in cupcake pan, etc. The bowl does not slip from your hands and is unbreakable.
